There’s no fixed response time to promise, and no ticket number or live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. If a question is really about a specific project, a classroom lesson plan, or anything involving household mains wiring, a licensed electrician or your teacher/instructor will have a far more authoritative answer than this site can give; VoltLab’s tools produce general, educational estimates for low-voltage circuits, not professional electrical advice, and the site isn’t affiliated with any electronics manufacturer or educational institution.

Before writing in about a tool result, it can help to double-check the numbers you entered — voltage, resistance, current, and units (volts vs. millivolts, ohms vs. kilohms) are the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks wrong after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
